1. Initial Consultation
First, we conduct an INITIAL CONSULTATION with you or your team to get a more clear understanding of your likes, ideas, wishes, goals and the scope of your project. After we understand exactly what your core business goals are, we will then begin to discuss a strategy. If you decide that M&M Web Design is a good fit for your website design needs, we will move into the RESEARCH & DISCOVERY phase.
2. Research and Discovery
Second, we perform RESEARCH. All design projects include analysis, brand identity, color theory and user experience strategy. We will also go through a process to DISCOVER how you want to be “seen” from a digital marketing perspective. We will explore your business’s personality and style as well as what message you want your website to convey to the world. We will discuss detailed design details and If approved, we will set timelines for milestone completions and discuss your budget and the pricing of our services.
3. Formal Proposal
The next step is the FORMAL PROPOSAL. We make it easy and straightforward. The proposal will list the Statement of Work, Deliverables, Professional Fees and Delivery Date. When you accept the proposal, we will collect a deposit and begin work.
4. Design & Development Begins
Based on step 2, determining how many pages your site will need, the design, layout, getting images, content, and any other pertinent information need. Plus communication with the client durring this process.
5. Project Phase
During the project phase, periodic communications will be necessary to ensure that you are never in the dark as to our progress. We will have questions as well. Again, communication and accessibility are paramount.
Upon completion of the project, we will have a final consultation to ensure that you are completely satisfied. Once you have “Signed Off” on the projects’ completion, an invoice will be presented and the balance of the fees due will be collected. The entire process is easy and efficient! This level of communication and accessibility ensures that your needs are always addressed by including you every step of the way.
